A.P. Singhal & Associates is a full-service Indian law firm with offices in New Delhi, Mumbai and Meerut. Founded in 1965 by Mr. Anand Prakash Singhal, the firm has evolved into a multi-disciplinary legal practice offering services across corporate advisory, commercial litigation, arbitration, regulatory matters, taxation and dispute resolution.

AOR Apoorv Singhal

Apoorv is an Advocate on Record practicing before Supreme Court of India and managing partner of A.P. Singhal & Associates. Before joining A.P. Singhal & Associates, Apoorv was working with Mr. K.V. Viswanathan, then Senior Advocate now Hon’ble Justice, Supreme Court of India where he was part of high-profile matters like Amazon vs. Future Retail, Prysmian Kavi etc. Furthermore, he has been an active part of cases which are binding precedents currently.

Apoorv has been advising and representing both domestic and international clientele and has been formulating strategies which are tailor made to suit the fast-paced business environment.

His area of specialization includes Civil Law, Criminal Law, Commercial Contracts & Disputes, GST Laws, Insolvency Laws, Data Protection & Cyber Theft, Land Acquisition and Arbitrations.

Adv. R Venkataraman

Venkataraman is a practicing advocate before Supreme Court of India and Madras High Court.

He started his practice before Madras High Court under the aegis of Mr. K. Manoj Menon, Mr. Karthik Rajan and thereafter Mr. K.R. Sankaran a storied figure in Criminal Law whose office has more than 100 years of practice. Thereafter, he moved to Delhi and shifted his practice to Supreme Court by joining the chambers of Mr. K.V. Viswanathan, then Senior Advocate now Hon’ble Justice, Supreme Court of India. His areas of expertise include Criminal law, Arbitration, Labour& Service Law, Educational matters, Civil and Constitutional laws.

Sagar is a practicing advocate based in Prayagraj managing the Eastern Uttar Pradesh operations of A.P. Singhal & Associates.

He regularly appears before the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad and various other tribunals and authorities situated in Prayagraj. The firm’s partners regularly appear before the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad.

Bharti Singhal is a practicing advocate and a partner in A.P. Singhal & Associates.

She is currently managing the Meerut office of the firm overseeing Western Uttar Pradesh practice region of A.P. Singhal & Associates. Her area of expertise is Commercial Contracts, Real Estate Due Diligence, Corporate Laws, Cantonment Laws, Matrimonial Laws and Estate Planning.

Karthik K.R.

B.A. LL.B (Hons.), DCL (Cyber Laws)

A first-generation lawyer with passion for law and technology, Karthik began his legal practice in District Courts at New Delhi. Later on, he worked with designated senior counsels and represented clients before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Punjab & Haryana High Court, NCLT,NGT, other Tribunals and arbitration institutions.

Today, he is handling corporate matters and commercial transactions involving various sectors with focus on intellectual property rights, information technology, data protection and privacy laws. He is also actively involved in dispute resolution covering Arbitrations, IPRs, Contract Law, Real Estate, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, etc., across various sectors.
